Order Shipping
All Pure Romance name tags are sent out in a padded envelope via first class mail with a tracking number

Please double check your ship to address. We have had a lot of name tags come back as undeliverable and then having to resend them due to incorrect address given at checkout

Please make sure you double check the spelling of your name and spacing. We copy and paste right from the portion where you input your name on the order page. We do not cross check against any other information.
